About Pavilion
Vantalect's leverage engagements produce recordings, transcripts, readouts, plans, decisions, and a measured number, across six weeks and two organizations. Email and chat lose them. Pavilion keeps them, and then hands them over.
Renkara Media Group builds its own tools for the work it does. Fulcrum came first, to keep an honest record of what AI agents did on a one-engineer build; it became a licensed product when other teams wanted the same instrument. Pavilion follows the same path. Vantalect's engagements needed a place where a client's sponsor and engineers, the consultant, and the consultant's agents could all see the same calendar, the same recordings, the same documents, and the same decisions, and where the client would keep all of it afterward.
Its nearest sibling in the fleet is Lectern, which serves finished documents exactly as published, with immutable versions and an audit trail. Pavilion is the room those documents are discussed and accepted in. It reuses the fleet's identity, notification, and design systems, and it speaks the same REST, SSE, and MCP the agents already use.
It is included with every Vantalect engagement and not sold separately. If the engagement is the occasion, Pavilion is the structure built for it.

Every export is complete, hashed, and available on any day. A closed workspace stays readable to the client's people.
Discussion belongs to the thing being discussed. A channel that scrolls away is how decisions get lost.
When an obligation is missed, the schedule slides by the same number of days and says so. The measurement gate is evaluated on what was actually paired.
